    Lucky for you, EB holds a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification through the National Restaurant Association. She has years of experience managing a commercial kitchen.
  3. Ingredients
    We use certified gluten free ingredients. We take precautions to prevent cross-contamination with gluten containing foods, but it may happen. We process wheat, dairy, nuts, soy & eggs on occasion, using shared equipment.
  4. Made from Scratch
    EB has been living gluten free and developing high quality, delicious recipes for over 12 years. Our baked goods are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and taste and we make goods to order so they are fresh, not frozen.
  5. Farm to Table
    We have relationships with small, local farms and growers to source fresh ingredients. We grow our herbs to be used in savory items. When foods other than baked goods are cooked, farm raised meat and local produce are featured.
  6. Gluten Free
    Gluten is common in most baked goods and it affects us all differently. Cutting out gluten has helped many who suffer from inflammation, autoimmune diseases, digestive issues and behavior problems. Whatever the reason, it's worth a try!
